Meredith is a native of North Little Rock, AR. She attended Immaculate Conception Catholic School, then Mount St. Mary Academy. She graduated from the University of Central Arkansas in 2011 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Digital Film and a Minor in Graphic Design & Photography.

Meredith Pierce joined Metro Disaster Specialists as Marketing Director in 2021. Her role includes creating, executing, and tracking a strategic approach to market Metro’s services. She leads Metro’s efforts to develop and retain clients by representing Metro’s commitment to customer service and satisfaction. Meredith considers establishing and maintaining excellent relationships with Metro’s clients one of the most rewarding parts of her job.

Before embarking upon a career in the disaster restoration field, Meredith spent about seven years working for one of the largest TV station operators in the country, 2.5 years for the communications team with the Arkansas Department of Human Services, and almost one year for the marketing aviation team with Garver, a multi-disciplined engineering, planning, architectural, and environmental services firm. Meredith believes that with her wide range of experience, she can continue to make Metro a proven leader in all disaster situations.

Meredith is an active board member of the Building Owners and Managers Association of Greater Little Rock (BOMA®) and the North Little Rock Chamber of Commerce – Connects. She is also an active member of the Independent Insurance Agents of Arkansas, the Commercial Real Estate Council of Metro Little Rock, the Arkansas Health Care Association, the Associated General Contractors of Arkansas, the Professional Insurance Agents of Arkansas, and more. Since joining Metro, Meredith has received the 2022 and 2023 BOMA Associate Member of the Year, 2024 BIG I AR Marketing Rep of the Year, and is a 2025 Cystic Fibrosis Foundation Finest Honoree.

Through Metro’s strong community partnerships and association involvement, Meredith also engages in a variety of volunteer efforts. These include working with organizations such as the Arkansas Foodbank, Habitat for Humanity, City Connections, and local high school leadership programs, among others, reflecting a shared commitment to giving back and supporting the communities Metro serves.

Meredith and her husband, Will, reside in Little Rock with their dogs, Arya and Brienne. In her spare time, Meredith enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, listening to music, being creative, and supporting local restaurants and businesses.
